當地時間21日，紐約股市三大股指收盤顯著下跌，三大指數均跌超2%，再迎“黑色星期一”。
截至收盤，道指跌971點，跌幅為2.48%，報38170.41點；納指跌2.55%，報15870.9點；標普500指數跌2.36%，報5158.2點。
當天稍早前，美國總統特朗普再次敦促美聯儲作出降息決定，稱“如果不立即降息，美國經濟將面臨放緩風險”。
特朗普警吿稱除非美聯儲降息，否則經濟將放緩
美國總統特朗普週一表示，除非立即降息，否則美國經濟可能會放緩，並再次批評美聯儲主席鮑威爾。特朗普在Truth Social上發帖稱：“正如我所預測的那樣，這些成本呈下降趨勢，幾乎不會出現通脹，但經濟可能會放緩，除非‘太晚先生’，一個大失敗者，現在降息。”
民調：特朗普支持率降至新任期以來的最低水平
據路透/Ipsos調查：美國總統特朗普的支持率下降至42%，為他重新回到白宮以來的最低水平；57%的受訪者認為特朗普因政策分歧而凍結大學經費是不恰當的；74%的美國人反對美國總統特朗普競選第三個任期。
美國擬對從東南亞四國進口的太陽能產品加徵新關税
美國宣佈對從柬埔寨、馬來西亞、泰國和越南進口的太陽能產品徵收新關税。根據美國商務部網站當地時間週一公佈的一項決定，該機構計算的有關太東南亞四國太陽能產品的反傾銷税為6.1%至271.28%，具體取決於企業和國家。反補貼税在14.64%至3403.96%之間。這四個國家目前供應美國約77%的光伏組件，去年對美出口太陽能設備總值達129億美元。這一關税決定是一項為期一年的貿易調查的最終結果。
黃金創新高後短線回落
紐約期金盤中站上3450美元/盎司；現貨黃金向上觸及3440美元/盎司，均創下歷史新高。不過截止發稿，現貨黃金短線下挫跌破3420美元/盎司。
石破茂強硬表態：日本不會在美國關税談判中一味讓步
日本首相石破茂（Shigeru Ishiba）週一在國會發表強硬表態，稱日本不會為達成關税協議而全盤接受美國的要求。這是自美國總統特朗普以全球貿易衝突為由，要求東京進一步開放敏感的汽車和農產品市場以來，石破茂最具對抗性的言論之一。“如果日本全部讓步，我們將無法保障國家利益。”石破茂在國會發言中強調。
亞馬遜被傳放緩數據中心擴張
富國銀行分析師週一表示，根據他們打探到的行業消息，雲計算巨頭亞馬遜也開始推遲部分租賃數據中心的承諾，這也被視為經濟不確定性影響科技公司支出的最新徵兆。今年早些時候微軟(MSFT.O)也被多次傳出取消數據中心租約。
分析師狠砍蘋果目標價
股票研究公司Moffett Nathanson認為，短期內蘋果股價的跌勢不會迎來任何緩解，儘管年內已經累跌超23%，但“離脱離困境還有很長的路要走”。當地時間週一（4月21日），分析師Craig Moffett重申了對蘋果的“賣出”評級，並將其目標價從184美元大幅下調至141美元。鑑於蘋果上週四收於196.98美元，這意味Moffett認為該股還有超過28%的下行空間。
馬斯克或考慮為xAI進行新一輪融資，賦予其“適當的價值”
據CNBC援引知情人士的話，馬斯克在上週與xAI投資者的電話會議上表示，正考慮賦予他的人工智能初創公司xAI“適當的價值”。雖然馬斯克沒有正式宣佈即將進行新一輪融資，但消息人士認為，這一言論表明，xAI正在為不久的將來進行一輪大規模融資做準備。該公司在電話會議上還討論了營收可能達到10億美元或更高的目標。

據福克斯商業頻道的記者報道，特斯拉CEO埃隆·馬斯克可能會在週二公佈最新季度業績後的財報電話會議上表明自己何時離開“政府效率部”（DOGE）。此前，馬斯克和白宮否認了他將離開該機構的報道，但堅稱他在那裏的任期是暫時的。
