上海凱鑫(300899.SZ)大幅下跌超11%,跌幅居市場第二位。現報18.55元,總市值不足12億元。消息上,公司預計2024年度歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤爲負值且扣除後營業收入低於1億元,根據相關規定,公司股票交易可能在2024年年度報告披露後被實施退市風險警示。對於業績大幅下滑,上海凱鑫表示,主要原因系會計師對於上述業務合同的收入確認時點與公司2025年1月判斷存在偏差所致,截至目前公司與會計師就上述訂單的收入確認事宜達成一致。(格隆匯)
