格隆匯4月16日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公佈,公司收到控股股東義烏中國小商品城控股有限責任公司(以下簡稱“商城控股”)通知,商城控股已獲得中國農業銀行股份有限公司義烏分行(以下簡稱“農業銀行義烏分行”)出具的《中國農業銀行貸款承諾函》。農業銀行義烏分行擬爲商城控股增持公司股份計劃提供不超過9億元人民幣的貸款額度,貸款期限不超過3年。
