MONGOL MINING(00975.HK)：一季度UHG及BN礦場原煤總開採量爲367.34萬噸 同比增長3%
格隆匯4月16日丨MONGOL MINING(00975.HK)發佈公告，焦(冶金)煤營運方面，集團的全資附屬公司Energy Resources LLC(“ER”)經營Ukhaa Khudag (“UHG”)焦煤煤礦，集團控股附屬公司Khangad Exploration LLC(“KEX”)經營Baruun Naran(“BN”)焦煤煤礦，兩者均位於蒙古國Umnugobi盟(省)。集團爲蒙古國內最大的洗選焦煤產品生產商及出口商。於截至2025年3月31日止季度，集團UHG及BN礦場原礦煤(“原煤”)總開採量爲367.34萬噸，同比增長3%及環比保持不變。
集團合共加工374.95萬噸焦煤原煤以生產出211萬噸洗選焦煤產品，同比減少2%，環比增長1%。於2025年第一季度，集團的營運附屬公司ER及KEX合共售出160.04萬噸洗選焦煤產品，其中集團向其客戶供應的洗選焦煤產品組合如下：(i)107.94萬噸洗選硬焦煤；(ii)7.22萬噸洗選半軟焦煤；及(iii)44.87萬噸洗選中灰半硬焦煤。同比減少3%，環比減少15%。
黃金及金屬營運方面，集團持有Erdene Mongol LLC(“EM”)50%權益，其目前正在開發位於蒙古國 Bayankhongor盟(省)的Bayan Khundii(“BKH”)金礦，預計黃金生產將於2025年下半年開始。集團繼續進行項目開發，以推進BKH礦場的建設工程。根據2023年依照NI 43-101披露準則編制的最新可行性研究，該礦場的預期礦山年限的總產量爲47.6萬盎司的提取黃金。
於截至2025年3月31日止季度，EM繼續推進黃金加工廠及工地支援設施的建設工程，包括供電、供熱及供水基礎設施、實驗室、倉庫、化學品及爆破材料倉庫、辦公室及住宿營地。根據項目開發時間表，建設工程進度於2025年第一季度末達到約86.5%。調試過程預期於2025年第二季度開始。於2024年12月31日，公司與Mongolian Mining Corporation Pte. Ltd(公司的全資附屬公司)訂立協議以購買Universal Copper LLC(“UCC”，一家從事銅及其他有色金屬勘探的公司，持有位於蒙古國Bayankhongor盟(省)的礦產開採特別許可證)的50.5%已發行及流通在外股本。隨後，於2025年3月31日交割後，UCC成爲公司的附屬公司。
