合合信息(688615.SH)發佈2024年報：營收同比雙增長超20%
上海合合信息科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱"合合信息"，證券代碼：688615)今日發佈2024年度報告。報告顯示，合合信息在2024年實現了營收和淨利潤的穩健增長。品牌影響力及產品口碑持續提升，用戶規模不斷擴大，整體競爭力加強，實現營業收入、淨利潤均同比增長超20%。
年報顯示，公司營業收入爲143,814.30萬元，同比增長21.21%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤40,053.01萬元，同比增長23.93%。
夯實核心技術領域優勢 構築行業護城河
2024年，合合信息持續加強人工智能及大數據相關核心技術的研發，同時積極探索AI領域前沿技術，保持行業競爭優勢。
公司以滿足用戶真實需求爲驅動，通過技術突破與場景落地的閉環，實現"真有用、真好用"的產品和服務體驗。旗下產品掃描全能王推出的"智能高清濾鏡""試卷擦除""去除摩爾紋"等AI支持的功能，相關功能在單日的全球調用次數超過1億次。
此外，公司智能文字識別B端業務方面也在持續創新。合合信息研發的文檔解析引擎、文檔抽取引擎和acge文本向量化模型構建了"大模型加速器"，通過提高文檔處理效率、精準抽取關鍵數據以及優化文本向量化表示，提升了大模型前期預訓練的語料質量，並且在基於文檔的大模型應用中顯著提升了推理的準確性。
截至2024年末，合合信息研發人員爲622人，研發人員佔總人數比重約爲58.9%。合合信息將持續引進、培育核心技術人才，不斷增加研發資金投入，充分保障企業自主研發能力，不斷擦亮科技成色。
C端產品用戶基數廣泛 B端服務能力持續提升
2024年末，合合信息旗下三款C端應用產品名片全能王、掃描全能王和啓信寶三款產品目前已覆蓋了全球百餘個國家和地區的億級用戶。
基於在文字智能識別和商業大數據領域的技術優勢，合合信息不斷深化產品及服務能力，拓展應用場景，助力B端客戶實現數字化與智能化的轉型升級。
公司具備較強的數據建設能力，建設了一套自主知識產權的數據資源，合合信息彙集中國境內超過3.4億家企業等組織機構的實時動態商業數據。報告期內，推出了全新的產業分析架構，基於對產業的立體化洞察，爲企業和政府提供更全面、更深入的產業分析和決策支持，幫助用戶更好地把握產業發展趨勢和機遇。
