愛建集團(600643.SH):預計2024年淨虧損2.2億元到2.6億元
格隆匯4月15日丨愛建集團(600643.SH)公佈,經公司初步測算,預計2024年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤-2.20億元到-2.60億元,與上年同期相比,將出現虧損。預計2024年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤-3億元到-3.5億元。
2024年,受到房地產市場持續調控及信託行業的監管導向的影響,信託行業對房地產類業務展業的難度和風險大幅增加,同時面臨創新轉型的需求,對公司子公司上海愛建信託有限責任公司(以下簡稱“愛建信託”)2024年經營產生較大影響,營業收入同比大幅下降,同時愛建信託處置相關貸款資產合計損失3.01億元,減少愛建信託2024年度淨利潤2.24億元。
