國芯科技(688262.SH):擬將不超過4.5億元部分超募資金用於永久補充公司流動資金
格隆匯4月14日丨國芯科技(688262.SH)公佈,公司於2025年4月14日召開公司第二屆董事會第二十七次會議、第二屆監事會第二十六次會議,審議通過了《關於使用部分超募資金永久補充流動資金的議案》,同意將不超過45,000.00萬元的部分超募資金用於永久補充公司流動資金(含利息及現金管理收益等,最終補流轉入公司自有資金賬戶的實際超募資金金額以資金轉出當日超募資金專戶餘額爲準),佔超募資金總額的比例爲27.11%。
