爪哇控股(00251.HK)擬1.6億港元出售香港物業
格隆匯4月10日丨爪哇控股(00251.HK)公告,於2025年4月10日,賣方(公司間接全資附屬公司)及買方訂立協議,據此,賣方已同意出售而買方已同意購買位於香港壽臣山道東1號的該物業,現金代價爲港幣1.6億元(扣除交易費用和開支前)。
該物業指位於香港壽臣山道東1號22號獨立屋(包括兩個停車位)。
經考慮香港物業市場的現時狀況,董事會認爲出售事項爲公司將其於該物業的投資變現提供機會,從而爲集團帶來額外的現金流,以增強其財務靈活性。公司擬將出售事項所得款項用作一般營運資金及用於公司未來發展。
