迅銷(06288.HK)：2025財年上半年度母公司擁有人應佔溢利爲2335億日圓 同比增長19.2%
格隆匯4月10日丨迅銷有限公司(06288.HK)發佈公告，公司2025財政年度上半年度(2024年9月1日～2025年2月28日)綜合收益總額爲17,901億日圓(較上年度同期增長12.0%)，綜合經營溢利總額爲3,042億日圓(同比增長18.3%)，錄得收益及經營溢利雙雙大幅增長。上半年度期間，日本UNIQLO(優衣庫)事業分部、東南亞、印度及澳洲地區，以及北美、歐洲地區UNIQLO收益及溢利皆錄得大幅增長，在其業績表現亮麗助益下，集團整體創下歷來最佳業績。綜合毛利率同比改善0.4個百分點至53.3%。銷售、一般及行政開支佔收益比率同比改善0.7個百分點，成爲36.5%。在融資收入及成本項下錄得淨增595億日圓，這是因以外幣計值的資產帳面價值等在換算爲日圓後產生319億日圓的匯兌收益，加上利息淨收入達275億日圓所致。因此，集團上半年度所得稅前溢利錄得3,637億日圓(同比增長21.5%)，母公司擁有人應佔溢利爲2,335億日圓(同比增長19.2%)。

應本公司要求，其香港預託證券自2025年4月10日(星期四)下午一時正起於聯交所短暫停止買賣，以待發布本公告。公司將向聯交所申請自2025年4月11日(星期五)上午九時正起恢復買賣香港預託證券。
