研報掘金丨湘財證券:中信銀行利潤增長可持續性加強,維持“增持”評級
湘財證券研報指出,中信銀行(601998.SH)24年營業收入增長3.8%,營收增速較前三季度持平,歸母淨利潤增長2.3%,增速較前三季度上升1.6%,歸母淨利潤增速呈現連續回升態勢。在積極政策加持下,中信銀行信貸增速有望保持平穩。中信銀行負債成本管理效果顯著,隨着行業存款利率下行,負債成本仍有充足壓降空間,助力緩解息差壓力。受益於房地產政策優化與地方化債等支持,資產風險趨於收斂,利潤增長可持續性加強,鞏固穩定分紅基礎。維持公司“增持”評級。
