房多多(DUO.US)盤前漲2.17%,報0.2452美元。華泰證券研報表示,進入二季度,我們認爲從多個角度來看,房地產行業正迎來增量政策窗口。一線城市更具政策彈性,看好因此帶來的市場復甦節奏以及相關標的。中信證券亦指,房地產新週期開啓的信號已經出現,但房價止跌還需政策臨門一腳。相信2025年4月—5月是政策前置的關鍵窗口期,主要的可能政策包括進一步降低居民購房資金成本,合理滿足改善置業需求,擴大存量土地收儲和加強對房企的流動性支持。(格隆匯)
