格隆匯4月10日丨浙江自然(605080.SH)在互動平台表示,公司關注到美國近期對部分貿易伙伴加徵關税的政策變動,可能對公司涉及出口美國的業務產生一定影響。經公司財務與業務部核查,2023年、2024年公司對美出口佔比不高;且公司出口業務採用FOB(離岸價)報價模式,根據國際貿易慣例,相關關税成本主要由買方承擔,短期內對公司利潤的直接影響有限。 另外,公司一直就關税問題與美國客户進行協商、共同應對,隨着關税情況進一步明朗,公司與客户會形成相應方案。
