大行評級|瑞銀:預計內銀首季度淨利潤保持正向增長 看好信銀、建行及工行
內地各間銀行將於本月下旬公佈首季度業績。瑞銀髮表研報指,預計國有企業銀行首季度收入及稅前營運利潤將延續去年第四季度的改善趨勢,淨利潤將保持穩定且正向增長(按年升1.6%),因而預計首季度將會是一個穩定的季度。
該行表示,交通銀行及民生銀行已公佈不錯的首季度初步業績。另外,瑞銀預計農業銀行可能繼續實現高於同業的淨利潤增長,但差距正在縮小;郵儲銀行預計將受惠於兩次降低存款代理成本,並可能推動其稅前營運利潤至按年增長6.5%,惟淨利潤增長預期不會太理想。另外,瑞銀看好估值不高且股息收益率高的內銀股,例如中信銀行H股、建設銀行H股、工商銀行H股,主要由於該三隻股份的股息收益率最高,分別爲7.3%、7%及6.6%。
