金禾實業(002597.SZ):收到董事長提議公司2024年度利潤分配預案
格隆匯4月8日丨金禾實業(002597.SZ)公佈,公司於近日收到公司董事長楊樂先生出具的《關於安徽金禾實業股份有限公司2024年度利潤分配預案的提議》,提議以公司未來實施權益分派股權登記日的總股本扣除公司回購專用證券賬户庫存股後股份數為基數,向全體股東每10股派發現金股利人民幣8.30元(含税)。若在分配方案實施前公司總股本發生變化,將按照分配比例不變的原則對分配總額進行調整。
董事長楊樂先生承諾在相關會議審議上述2024年度利潤分配預案時投贊成票。
