鴻富瀚(301086.SZ):董事長提議回購2000萬元-3000萬元公司股份
格隆匯4月8日丨鴻富瀚(301086.SZ)公佈,基於對公司未來發展的信心和對公司價值的認可,爲完善公司長效激勵機制,增強公衆投資者對公司的信心,穩定提升公司價值,結合公司經營情況及財務狀況等因素,公司董事長張定武先生提議公司使用公司自籌資金或自有資金以集中競價交易方式回購公司已發行的部分人民幣普通股(A股)股票,回購股份擬用於員工持股計劃或股權激勵。回購股份的資金總額不低於人民幣2,000萬元(含本數),不超過人民幣3,000萬元(含本數)。
