中國通信服務(00552.HK)擬研究和採取各項舉措 持續爲公司股東創造長期價值
格隆匯4月8日丨中國通信服務(00552.HK)公告，公司立足於"新一代綜合智慧服務商"定位，堅持科技創新引領，加速戰略新興業務拓展，因地制宜發展新質生產力，實現"質的有效提升"和"量的合理增長"，紮實推動企業可持續高質量發展。同時，公司積極研究和採取各項舉措，以維護公司全體股東利益，持續爲公司股東創造長期價值。
1.紮實推動高質量發展。根據公司在2025年3月27日公佈的2024年全年業績，公司2024年全年的經營收入突破人民幣1,500億元，戰略新興業務新籤合同增速超30%，佔總新籤合同比重由2023年的30%提升至2024年的37%，成爲核心增長引擎，在數字基建、綠色低碳、智慧城市和應急安全等領域增長勢頭良好。公司堅持科技創新引領，來自應用、內容及其他服務的收入取得較快增長，並且連續三年成爲拉動收入增長首要驅動。與此同時，本公司毛利率、現金流等主要經營效益指標持續向好，整體財務狀況保持穩健。
當前，人工智能、大數據、雲計算等前沿數字技術正在推動千行百業進入智能化重構新階段，公司將繼續發揮科技創新引領作用，聚焦新一輪科技革命和產業變革深入發展所帶來的機會，抓住人工智能發展給產業鏈上下遊所帶來的巨大市場空間，持續深耕數字基建、綠色低碳等戰略新興產業領域，紮實推動公司高質量發展。
2.控股股東的支持。2025年4月8日，公司控股股東中國電信集團有限公司來函承諾，除因法律法規、國家政策和監管機構另有要求外，在2025年內不主動減持公司的股份，體現其對公司未來發展的信心和支持。
3.籌劃股份回購。公司基於對未來發展的信心以及對企業價值的認可、爲維護公司全體股東利益，增強廣大投資者信心，不排除研究開展股份回購計劃。公司後續將根據有關事宜的工作進展，嚴格按照相關規定和程序，適時履行相應的信息披露責任。
4.加強投資者關係管理。公司將進一步提高信息披露透明度，增進與投資者的交流與互信，提高投資者對公司的認知，堅定投資者信心。
