滴滴將在巴西重啓外賣業務 已擁有70萬活躍騎手
4月5日上午，滴滴宣佈近期將以“99 Food”的品牌，重啓巴西外賣業務，通過協同巴西本地出行和支付等多元化服務，持續提升用戶“一站式“體驗，爲用戶提供更多選擇。
滴滴於2018年通過收購出行平臺99進入巴西市場，爲當地用戶提供出行、金融和配送服務。經過7年的發展，滴滴目前在巴西擁有5000萬活躍用戶，深受本地用戶歡迎和喜愛。
目前滴滴在巴西擁有約70萬活躍騎手，主要提供配送和出行服務，覆蓋了巴西3300多個大小城鎮。其中，兩輪出行服務的訂單量在近三年內突破了10億。

滴滴相關負責人表示，重啓巴西外賣業務是滴滴在當地城市服務生態的自然延伸，不是從零開始。不少當地商戶希望，滴滴不僅能提供出行和配送服務，也能夠提供外賣服務。外賣業務重啓後，平臺上的騎手既可以送人送貨，也可以送餐。
滴滴希望依託在巴西長期深耕所積累的品牌、市場、物流、人才和產研技術優勢，服務生態內商家和用戶日益多元化的需求，持續提升用戶“一站式”體驗，讓用戶在一個平臺中體驗出行、點餐、支付等多元化服務。
巴西作爲全球增長最快的外賣市場之一，二、三線城市用戶的需求尚未得到充分滿足，具備顯著的服務提升空間。
除此之外，滴滴在墨西哥、哥倫比亞等國家外賣業務獲得的成功經驗和得以驗證的本地化生態協同能力也將最大程度地賦能巴西外賣業務。
作爲墨西哥唯一提供出行、外賣和金融服務的平臺，滴滴在當地服務大約1600萬月活躍用戶，擁有50萬活躍騎手，與9萬家本地餐廳達成了合作。
滴滴相關負責人表示，在巴西重啓外賣業務也是滴滴國際化戰略的一個具體體現 —— 聚焦現有市場，持續深耕，做深做透，爲當地用戶打造“一站式”的生活服務平臺。
目前，滴滴的國際業務覆蓋了拉美、亞太和非洲的14個國家，包括澳大利亞、新西蘭、日本、埃及、墨西哥、巴西、阿根廷、多米尼加共和國、智利、厄瓜多爾、巴拿馬、哥倫比亞、祕魯和哥斯達黎加。
據最新發布的滴滴 2024 年第四季度財報，滴滴國際業務在 2024 年的總訂單量達 36.13 億單，GTV 達 913 億元，同⽐增⻓34.8%，連續四個季度交易總額保持了 30%以上的增速，運營效率持續提升。四季度，國際業務訂單量達到 10.16 億單，同⽐增⻓ 29.8%，季度⽇均訂單突破⾄ 1100 萬單。國際業務已經成爲滴滴重要的增⻓引擎。
