天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)：已完成硫化鋰產業化設備、工藝開發
格隆匯4月2日丨天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)在投資者互動平台表示，公司高度關注固態電池的技術進展，並通過多種方式積極佈局相關領域。 在投資方面，公司通過成都天齊持有北京衞藍新能源科技有限公司約3%的股權，通過天齊鋰業香港持有SESAI Corporation約7.67%的股權，以跟蹤固態電池行業的前沿技術趨勢和商業化進程。此外，公司全資子公司天齊創鋰與北京衞藍新能源科技有限公司共同出資設立了合資公司——天齊衞藍固鋰新材料（深圳）有限公司（簡稱“深圳固鋰”），專注於預鋰化負極材料、金屬鋰負極及鋰基合金（複合）負極材料、預鋰化試劑及相關製造設備等業務。目前，深圳固鋰的預鋰化實驗室建設項目已竣工驗收，並完成兩套負極預鋰化設備工藝開發及中高量預鋰化設備第一階段帶料調試工作，其全資子公司天齊衞藍固鋰新材料（湖州）有限公司已掌握金屬鋰負極預鋰化及金屬鋰負極製備的整套工藝與關鍵裝備製造技術。 在關鍵材料方面，公司已順利完成下一代固態電池核心原材料——硫化鋰的產業化籌備工作，持續推進產品質量提升和降本技術優化。成功研發的電池級硫化鋰微粉級新品相較於原高純硫化鋰產品，在均一性與活性上顯著提升，同時循環提純技術的開發大幅降低了生產成本。公司已完成硫化鋰產業化設備、工藝開發，形成技術先進、可落地轉化的完整工藝數據包，將使公司擁有硫化鋰快速產業化的技術能力，有利於公司在未來推動解決全固態電池關鍵原材料卡脖子的難題，助推全固態電池產業鏈的發展。 此外，公司在金屬鋰材料方向同樣取得進展，重慶銅梁生產基地現有600噸/年金屬鋰產能，並持續推進 1,000 噸金屬鋰及配套原料項目建設，為固態電池材料的應用奠定基礎。公司正在進行高能金屬鋰的綠色提煉新技術研發，積極推動金屬鋰智能電解裝備及其工藝流程的開發。同時，公司已實現20μm級超薄鋰帶的千米級穩定製備，並開發出兩款新型複合帶，同步推進下游打樣及應用驗證，在下一代高比能電池開發環節提前切入，積極參與金屬鋰負極設計，引導下游應用需求，搶佔市場先機。 未來，公司將持續挖掘新能源價值鏈上的戰略佈局機遇，包括新能源材料與固態電池等下一代電池技術的合作潛力，聚焦電動汽車及儲能應用領域，助力鋰在新型電池應用中的未來發展。同時，公司將繼續完善研發管理體系，圍繞礦產資源綜合利用、新型提鋰技術、高性能鋰電材料、電池回收與資源回收等四大研究方向，加快產業化進程，為行業技術升級和市場發展貢獻力量。
