攜手華爲昇騰 玄武雲(2392.HK)智慧U客助力企業打造CRM增長中樞
2025年《政府工作報告》指出，"加快製造業重點產業鏈高質量發展，強化產業基礎再造和重大技術裝備攻關。"可以預見，智能製造已是數字化大勢所趨，也是"國之重器"。近日，玄武雲(2392.HK)旗下聚焦於耐消製造行業的玄瞳智慧U客產品對外發布了V10.0版本。據介紹，該版本是智慧U客基於華爲昇騰AI生態及DeepSeek大模型進行的迭代升級，致力於幫助企業客戶更好打造CRM增長中樞。
據瞭解，智慧U客V10.0基於華爲昇騰系列芯片及軟件棧，構建了企業級AI算力底座，並通過自研推理加速引擎與混合雲架構，實現千億參數大模型的高效訓練與推理，讓客戶畫像分析、商機預測等場景實現"秒級響應"。
同時，藉助 DeepSeek 的自然語言處理能力和深度學習算法，智慧U客-智慧小玄(CRM+AI)新增更智慧的場景化功能，助力企業精準營銷。
例如，智慧小玄(CRM+AI)新增的機會推薦場景，不僅可以實時抓取全網招投標數據，實現多源數據的分鐘級推送，幫助客戶掌握海量招投標信息，還可以幫助企業實時解析平臺海量標訊數據，爲銷售端推薦高價值客戶、高價值標訊；與此同時，基於DeepSeek大模型的自然語言處理(NLP)能力，智慧小玄還支持多維度條件(如"行業、金融、地域、發佈時間"等)篩選招投標項目，將機器學習模型與"商機分析"功能結合，一鍵鎖定匹配度最高的項目，助力贏單率穩步上升。
另外，智慧小玄還新增了客戶拜訪-任務創建場景、幫助銷售團隊以全面的結構化視角瞭解客戶更及理解客戶需求的客戶分析場景、以及調用大模型能力，對商機全盤情況進行分析，輸出問題並給予改善建議，增加銷售贏單機會及業績達成的智慧漏鬥分析場景等新功能，從而增強了企業對客戶全生命週期的智慧化管理。
值得一提的是，基於玄武雲致力推進業務全球化的發展目標，智慧U客V10.0還發布多語言版本，支持中文(簡體字、繁體字)、英文，打破語言壁壘，幫助企業在全球範圍內提升營銷效率，拓展業務版圖。此前，玄武雲也在2024年財報中指出，公司海外雲通信業務在報告期內已新拓到亞洲、歐洲、南美洲等地區的多個國家，進一步滿足了客戶業務出海全球化的觸達需求。
截至目前，玄武雲·智慧U客已攜手喬鋒智能、中車集團、海螺集團、三環、凱迪仕、重慶川儀、金卡智能等衆多電子製造及其他行業龍頭企業打造CRM增長中樞。此次迭代升級後，玄武雲·智慧U客將更加着力於幫助客戶構建銷售、服務一體化能力，提高流程效率、提升客戶滿意度、增加銷售機會、提升市場競爭力。
