百望股份公佈2024年年度全年業績公告：全年業績穩中提質 數據智能戰略驅動高質量發展
(2025年4月1日，香港)百望股份有限公司(「百望股份」或「公司」或「集團」，股份代號：6657.HK)欣然公佈集團截至2024年12月31日止年度的綜合年度業績。
2024年，百望股份收益總額約人民幣659.2百萬元，其中，雲化及本地部署財稅數字化解決方案的收入約人民幣353.9百萬元，數據驅動的分析服務收入約人民幣304.7百萬元。儘管業務收入受市場競爭及業務結構優化等因素的影響有所下調，但通過技術創新、客戶拓展及數據智能戰略佈局等舉措，公司仍展現出強勁的發展韌性與長期增長潛力。
雲化及本地部署財稅數字化解決方案作爲公司核心業務之一，持續助力企業實現稅務管理數字化升級。截至2024年12月31日，公司雲化解決方案所服務的納稅人識別號數量達85.7百萬，同比增長81.2%，開具的增值稅發票數量達206.8億張，交易總額攀升至953.5萬億元，分別同比增長45.0%和49.4%，此外，雲化解決方案的非付費用戶增至28.4百萬家，同比增長18.8%，而本地部署客戶數達2,664家，同比增長29.9%，客戶規模的持續擴張將爲其未來收入增長奠定堅實基礎。
在數據驅動的分析服務領域，風險管理服務毛利率高達75.1%，公司策略性地主動增加該業務的收入佔比，其收入同比增長11.7%，佔比提升至24.1%。值得一提的是，企業經營報告查看請求次數從2023年的17.5百萬次增加至2024年的23.1百萬次，凸顯市場對智能化風控需求的增長，公司有望在該領域搶佔市場先機。
當前，憑藉多年的行業洞察與技術積澱，公司率先提出「Data Intelligence」戰略，並表示將依託DeepSeek等開源大模型、AI智能體和區塊鏈等技術，打造交易管理智能體、經營決策智能體和金融業務智能體等，爲客戶在交易管理、風險合規、企業決策和金融服務等方面實現管理優化。財稅領域，公司已推出「票據處理智能體」與「財稅風險智能體」，前者支持識別200餘類票據格式，實現多模態數據的秒級結構化解析，後者則可通過整合18個維度數據實現企業交易全鏈路風險監測，顯着提升企業合規效率。金融領域，「金融營銷智能體」與「金融風控智能體」則通過多維度數據解析與動態學習能力，助力金融機構優化行銷轉化率並降低違約風險。
公司還積極參與國家級戰略項目，其中，與國家信息中心合作建設的「國家數據資源登記系統」已成功上線。除了國內市場，公司也積極拓展海外市場，通過可轉債形式投資百望雲海外(無錫)科技有限公司，並設立香港全資子公司，重點佈局東南亞、非洲、南美洲及中東等增值稅體系地區，爲國際化業務增長注入新動能。
展望未來，公司將精準錨定自身定位與使命，全力推動數據戰略落地，立志從「電子發票」邁向「數據智能」新階段，將深度融合AI與數據技術，結合現有客戶的實際應用場景，把數據從單純的「資源」轉化爲實實在在的「資產」。
