郴電國際(600969.SH)：子公司擬投資建設大漢機電城等分佈式光伏項目
格隆匯3月31日丨郴電國際(600969.SH)公佈，隨着郴州市新能源產業的發展，公司全資子公司湖南郴電新能源發展有限公司（以下簡稱“郴電新能源”）大力開拓新能源業務，創新能源開發利用模式，加快構建適應新能源的新型電力系統，深化新能源領域市場改革。爲實現自身業務增長需要，郴電新能源擬投資建設郴州大漢家居建材機電城（簡稱“郴州大漢機電城”）等分佈式光伏項目，增加公司電源供應，降低外購電成本，夯實地方電網基礎，構建堅強的地方電網體系。
1.郴州大漢機電城分佈式光伏項目，郴電新能源擬利用大漢機電城30棟混凝土屋頂及部分空地建設分佈式光伏電站，其中屋面面積約8.3萬㎡，空地面積約1.7萬㎡，規劃裝機容量爲18980kWp，項目總投資爲7200萬元，經郴電國際投資決策程序審覈通過。
2.宜章縣鄉鎮市場9個分佈式光伏項目，郴電新能源控股子公司湖南郴宜新能源有限公司（以下簡稱“郴宜新能源”）擬利用宜章縣市場服務中心黃沙市場、東風市場、天塘鎮市場、白沙市場、關溪市場、巖泉耕牛市場、里田市場、赤石市場、長村市場、白石渡市場等10個市場場地建設分佈式光伏項目，建設總面積約30011㎡，規劃裝機容量爲5312.16kWp，9個項目總投資爲1892.01萬元，經郴電國際投資決策程序審覈通過。
3.宜章公有產權場地第一批7個分佈式光伏項目，郴宜新能源擬利用宜章縣迎春鎮、長村鄉、巖泉鎮、黃沙鎮、一六鎮、天塘鎮、笆籬鎮等7個鄉鎮的公有產權場地建設分佈式光伏項目，建設面積約47549㎡，規劃裝機容量爲10913.86kWp，7個項目總投資爲3745.64萬元，經郴電國際投資決策程序審覈通過。
4.宜章公有產權場地第二批9個分佈式光伏項目，郴宜新能源擬利用宜章縣里田鎮、赤石鄉、瑤崗仙鎮、白石渡鎮、五嶺鎮、漿水鄉、楊梅山鎮、關溪鄉、慄源鎮等9個鄉鎮的公有產權場地建設分佈式光伏項目，建設面積約38695㎡，規劃裝機容量爲8881.5kWp，9個項目總投資爲3028.77萬元，經郴電國際投資決策程序審覈通過。
在國家“雙碳經濟、綠色發展”頂層設計和一系列政策紅利密集釋放的大背景下，本項目符合郴電國際發展戰略和投資方向，且項目收益穩定、風險可控。項目落地後有利於快速做大郴電國際新能源資產，有利於進一步完善郴電國際能源結構以應對新一輪電價市場化改革挑戰，有利於助推郴電國際“打造中國優秀綜合能源服務商”戰略目標落地。
