格隆匯3月31日丨德林控股(01709.HK)發佈公告,公司建議終止現有購股權計劃並採納2025年股份獎勵計劃,以符合經修訂規則項下的最新變動及規定。
董事會認爲,採納2025年股份獎勵計劃(其將自2025年股份獎勵計劃採納日期起計爲期十年有效)將確保集團股份計劃的連續性,以吸引、獎勵、激勵及挽留合資格參與者,其將符合經修訂規則的最新規定,併爲公司在長期規劃向2025年股份獎勵計劃合資格參與者授出獎勵提供更大的靈活性,以表彰彼等對集團的貢獻或潛在貢獻。
