格隆匯4月1日丨FIRST CREDIT(08215.HK)發佈公吿,截至2024年12月31日止年度,收益約183萬港元,同比減少約71.18%。收益減少主要是由於回顧年度出現信貸減值的應收貸款的應計利息減少所致。公司將繼續不時監察應收貸款的信貸風險,如有需要會修改信貸評估及監控措施。相較2023年度公司擁有人應占綜合虧損約1.53億港元,於回顧年度,集團錄得公司擁有人應占綜合虧損減少至約8599萬港元,主要由於回顧年度應收貸款及利息減值虧損顯著減少所致。
