中國聯塑(2128.HK):重點發展核心管道產業 全力推進出海本士化佈局
(2025年3月31日,香港)中國領先的大型管道建材產業集團——中國聯塑集團控股有限公司 ("中國聯塑"或"集團",香港聯交所股份編號:2128),宣佈截至2024年12月31日止年度 ("年內")的全年業績。
2024年,國內經濟增長步伐緩慢,房地產行業仍處於築底階段,企業面臨運營壓力,對業務擴展和投資持謹慎態度,然而,中國聯塑始終積極奮進,堅持穩健經營的發展原則,調整內部資源,將更多資源投入核心管道產業,專注於市場深耕,持續鞏固市場基礎,強化產品質量,憑藉強大的韌性保持業務穩定。年內,集團整體收入爲人民幣270.26億元,毛利爲人民幣72.93億元,毛利率維持平穩於27.0%。本公司擁有人應佔溢利按年下跌至人民幣16.84億元。每股基本盈利爲人民幣0.55元。董事會建議宣派截至2024年12月31日止年度之末期股息爲每股20港仙。
集團繼續深耕管道主業,並積極拓展多領域發展道路,實現橫向和縱向的創新突破。集團把握創新發展主引擎,不斷提升技術研發實力,突破行業壁壘,將管道產品多元化,推出更多新產品,滿足市場需求及引領行業創新發展,例如輸氫管、輸油管等,以把握市場機遇,擴大市場佔有率。塑料管道系統業務收入爲人民幣228.19億元,佔集團總收入的84.4%。塑料管道系統的產品銷量按年同比下跌6.2%。平均售價按年輕微下跌1.1%至每噸人民幣9,191元,塑料管道系統業務的毛利率則輕微上升至28.7%。
