格隆匯3月29日丨新城發展(01030.HK)公告,截至2024年12月31日止年度全年業績,營業額約人民幣892.27億元,其中商業物業管理服務及租金收入約人民幣120.33億元,同比增長13.9%;公司權益持有人的淨利潤約人民幣4.9億元,同比截至2023年12月31日止年度下降44.1%,變動主要受營業額、銷售及服務成本、銷售及營銷成本、行政開支、金融資產減值虧損淨額、所得稅開支及來自終止經營業務的利潤等的綜合影響。公司權益持有人應佔利潤的每股盈利人民幣0.07元。
