招商局港口(00144.HK)年度純利增27.05%至79.19億港元 末期息0.636港元
格隆匯3月31日丨招商局港口(00144.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團收入爲118.42億港元，同比增長3.14%；歸屬於公司權益持有者的利潤爲79.19億港元，同比增長27.05%；每股基本盈利港1.886港元，末期股息每股0.636港元。
2024年，國內及海外港口集裝箱業務均呈現較快增長態勢，集團港口集裝箱業務表現優於行業整體水平，主要區域市場份額有所提升。集團港口項目共完成集裝箱吞吐量14,575萬TEU，同比增長6.0%。其中，中國內地、香港及臺灣港口項目完成集裝箱吞吐量10,891萬TEU，同比增長5.3%，主要受益於中國內地的深圳西部港區、長三角地區和環渤海地區的集裝箱吞吐量增長；海外地區港口項目共完成集裝箱吞吐量3,684萬TEU，同比增長8.1%，主要得益於斯里蘭卡的CICT、巴西的TCP、多哥的LCT、吉布提的PDSA及Terminal Link吞吐量的增長。港口散雜貨業務吞吐量爲5.59億噸，同比增長0.3%。其中，中國內地港口項目共完成散雜貨吞吐量5.50億噸，同比微跌0.1%。
2024年，集團保稅物流業務繼續以打造臨港物流供應鏈的平臺爲發展方向，提升港口綜合服務水平，致力於提高現有倉庫和堆場等的資源利用率。在深圳的招商保稅積極延伸港口物流服務鏈條，佈局物流鏈條各個節點，平均倉庫利用率達99%。招商局國際碼頭(青島)有限公司以優貨種、提能力、優服務的工作思路，提高綜合服務水平，平均倉庫利用率達98%。集團的聯營公司天津海天保稅物流有限公司，平均倉庫利用率爲100%。在吉布提國際自由貿易區，集團全資擁有的保稅倉庫平均利用率爲97%。
2024年，香港三大航空貨運站貨物處理總量爲405萬噸，同比增長18.8%。集團的合營企業亞洲空運中心有限公司共完成貨物處理量 79萬噸，同比增長17.9%，市場份額爲19.5%，較上年下降0.2個百分點。
集團於2024年12月31日的總資產爲1,694.74億港元，與年初基本持平。集團總負債由2023年12月31日的514.69億港元，下降6.7%至2024年12月31日的480.42億港元，主要爲償還銀行貸款的影響。於2024年12月31日，歸屬於公司權益持有者之淨資產爲1,038.25億港元，與年初基本持平。
