讀書郎(02385.HK):2024年收入同比增加28.4%至4.61億元
格隆匯3月28日丨讀書郎(02385.HK)公佈2024年全年業績,集團的收入同比增加約28.4%至2024年年度的人民幣4.614億元。該增加主要由於(i)公司產品如AI學習機、旗艦學習機、便攜式學習機等品類涵蓋全年齡段,並且持續打造行業爆款產品,旗艦學習機創新學練功能引領行業升級;(ii)持續提升通路深度、廣度,更新品牌形象,品牌售點數量與品質持續提升;及(iii)強化行銷團隊,對顧客提高售前售中售後的服務品質,顧客滿意度持續提升。
集團的毛利同比增加約20.9%至2024年年度的人民幣1.117億元,主要是由於整體營運收入增加。毛利率由2023年年度的25.7%輕微減少至2024年年度的24.2%,主要由於(i)集團購買了更多課程及版權,以提升學生個人平板的競爭力;及(ii)數位化教輔資源及服務由以往年度遞延至本年度的收益金額較本年度需遞延至未來年度的金額少。年內母公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣5857.9萬元,上年同期母公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣7144.7萬元,基本每股虧損人民幣17.67分。
綜觀2024年,集團在產學研合作、AI技術研發、數字化教學與市場推廣等層面均取得突破性的進展,並透過與多地政府及教育單位的深度協同,讓數據資產與智慧教育應用進一步落實在校園與產業生態中。面對複雜多變的行業挑戰,集團在鞏固線下佈局與積極開拓線上渠道之間取得良好平衡,並持續將教學內容、硬體設備與AI演算法相互結合,為全國各地的師生提供更優質、多元且深度的學習與教學體驗。
於2024年12月31日,集團的註冊用户超過1,033萬名,較去年增長23.7%,每日活躍用户達689,310名。學生個人平板的銷售額佔總收入的84.4%,而數智校園解決方案的收入貢獻則達到3.6%。此外,可穿戴產品及其他產品(如掃讀筆和可穿戴學習設備)的銷售額亦錄得69.7%的年增長率,為集團的收入多元化提供了有力支持。
