格隆匯3月27日丨紅星美凱龍(01528.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團實現收入為人民幣78.21億元，同比下降32.1%。報吿期內，自營商場的租金及相關收入下降21.0%，主要是受相關產業發展波動影響，商場和商户的經營情況均受到影響，商場的出租率和租金出現階段性下滑。同時，為支持商户，公司穩商留商優惠增加。報吿期內，委管商場相關收入下降28.1%，主要是委管商場數量減少，以及委管項目履約進度延緩所致。此外，建築裝飾服務收入和其他收入較2023年也有不同幅度下降。
2024年，公司擁有人應占年度虧損總額為人民幣34.92億元，相比2023年的公司擁有人應占年度虧損總額人民幣24.13億元上升44.7%；公司擁有人應占核心純虧為人民幣13.27億元，相比2023年的公司擁有人應占核心純虧人民幣8.56億元上升55.0%。
2024年，受國內經濟形勢和房地產家居後周期消費的震盪調整，行業加速出清，商場出租率同比階段性下降；同時，公司作為家居零售領域的領軍企業，對部分商户減免了部分租金及管理費；此外，公司積極調整戰略與商場品類佈局，引入家裝、新能源汽車等品類，使得短期內公司的相關收入呈暫時的下降態勢。隨着國家多部委出台的一攬子刺激政策紮實落地，如下調房貸利率等税費、進一步加力擴圍實施大規模設備更新和消費品以舊換新政策等，公司將把握行業發展機遇，致力提升運營效率，改善經營業績。
截至報吿期末，公司經營77家自營商場，平均出租率為83.0%，257家不同管理深度的委管商場，平均出租率為82.5%，通過戰略合作經營7家家居商場，此外，公司以特許經營方式授權33家特許經營家居建材項目，共包括405家家居建材店╱產業街。覆蓋全國30個省、直轄市、自治區的202個城市，總經營面積20,325,659平方米。
