中國再保險(01508.HK)公佈年度業績 歸屬母公司股東淨利潤105.57億元 同比大幅增長86.8%
格隆匯3月28日丨中國再保險(01508.HK)發佈公吿，2024年，公司實現保險服務收入人民幣1,013.63億元，同比增長1.6%。集團歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤人民幣105.57億元，同比增長86.8%，主要原因：公司堅持「發展有規模、承保增效益、投資要穩健」的經營理念，承保、投資兩端均衡發力，實現承保業績持續改善、投資收益同比增長。董事會建議派發截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民幣0.050元（含税）。
2024年，財產再保險分部保險服務收入人民幣460.42億元，同比增長6.3%，佔集團保險服務收入的44.8%（不考慮分部間抵銷）。其中境內財產再保險業務保險服務收入人民幣225.57億元，同比增長1.6%；境外財產再保險及橋社業務保險服務收入人民幣233.58億元，同比增長11.5%。保險服務收入增長的主要原因是公司把握市場機遇，積極拓展優勢業務。淨利潤人民幣51.77億元，同比增長68.9%。淨利潤增長的主要原因：公司主動把握市場機會，優化資產配置，投資收益同比顯著增加；堅持高質量發展策略，承保業績持續改善。
2024年，公司成功把握客户業務機會，保費規模有所增長，機動車輛險業務分保費收入人民幣110.52億元，同比增長5.9%。2024年，企業財產險業務分保費收入人民幣78.81億元，同比增長17.9%，主要原因是市場分出保費規模有所增加。2024年，責任險業務分保費收入人民幣70.67億元，同比增長11.2%，主要原因是公司持續加大建築工程質量潛在缺陷保險(IDI)、安責險、網絡安全保險等業務的推廣力度。
截至報吿期末，集團管理資產餘額人民幣8,271.11億元，其中集團總投資資產餘額人民幣4,438.85億元，較上年末增長9.4%；管理的第三方資產餘額人民幣3,832.26億元，較上年末增長1.1%。
2024年，集團總投資收益人民幣173.89億元，同比增長86.9%；總投資收益率4.83%，同比上升2.06個百分點。總投資收益增長主要原因：一是積極把握境內外權益市場上升機會，優化持倉結構，股權與基金投資的收益同比增長；二是把握境內外市場機會，優化債券配置，同時境內債券價格上升，現金與固定收益投資的收益同比增長。
