同仁堂科技：推出"體培有機版"安宮牛黃丸
爲應對市場和消費者對心腦血管急症用藥的需求，北京同仁堂科技發展股份有限公司(以下簡稱"同仁堂科技")立足傳統，充分發揮道地藥材與科研創新優勢，推出安宮牛黃丸(體培有機版)。目前，在同仁堂系內藥店已完成鋪貨，並持續落實系外重點合作連鎖的鋪貨工作。
安宮牛黃丸是同仁堂的知名產品，功能主治爲清熱解毒，鎮驚開竅。用於熱病，邪入心包，高熱驚厥，神昏譫語；中風昏迷及腦炎、腦膜炎、中毒性腦病、腦出血、敗血癥見上述證候者。在抗擊"新冠"疫情的過程中，安宮牛黃丸多次入選國家和地方《新型冠狀病毒肺炎診療方案》。
安宮牛黃丸按照處方組成區別，有"天然方"和"體培方"兩大類。"天然方"成份爲天然牛黃、天然麝香以及珍珠、黃連、黃芩、梔子、鬱金等；"體培方"主要成份爲體外培育牛黃、人工麝香，其餘成份與天然方產品一致。
體外培育牛黃通過模擬牛膽汁環境，通過生物工程技術培育而成。研究論文《含牛黃中成藥的質量控制現狀》中指出，體外培育牛黃在成分含量和穩定性上已接近天然牛黃。《牛黃及其代用品化學成分、分析方法和藥理作用研究進展》提出，體外培育牛黃的抗驚厥、解熱作用與天然牛黃一致。
《體外培育牛黃與天然牛黃的2種安宮牛黃丸治療中風療效與安全性比較研究》顯示，服用體外培育牛黃製成的安宮牛黃丸中風(痰熱閉竅證)患者，與服用天然牛黃爲原料的安宮牛黃丸患者作對照"兩組療效和不良反應比較，差異無顯著性意義……體外培育牛黃的安宮牛黃丸治療中風有良好療效，安全有效。"
天然麝香，爲鹿科動物林麝、馬麝或原麝成熟雄體香囊中的乾燥分泌物。天然麝香具有廣泛的藥理作用，包括抗炎、抗菌、抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗驚厥、改善微循環、腦保護、抗免疫炎症、抑制白細胞遊走、消腫止痛等。
人工麝香，是我國衛生部門聯合組織多家機構，經二十多年的協作攻關，對天然麝香中各類成分的化學組成及其相對含量進行全面分析，並在此基礎上開發出的藥品。人工麝香的主要藥理作用側重於抗炎和鎮痛，其主要藥理作用與天然麝香基本相同。
同仁堂科技自2010年開始生產"體培方"安宮牛黃丸，至今已經有多年的生產經驗。生產工藝穩定，在質量上符合國家藥典標準。
"在其他藥材的選擇上，也實現了品質升級。"企業相關負責人表示，"體培有機版"安宮牛黃丸中黃連、黃芩、梔子、鬱金爲精選有機藥材，其種植基地符合現行國家標準(GB/T 19630)《有機產品 生產、加工、標識與管理體系要求??》要求。該標準涵蓋種植、加工、包裝全流程。在生產過程中禁止使用化學合成的農藥、化肥、激素和轉基因技術，依靠自然生態循環維持生產，這充分體現了北京同仁堂在質量上的更高標準與更高要求。
據悉，同仁堂科技此次推出"體培有機版"安宮牛黃丸，是企業在心腦血管類中成藥上細分市場"賽道"的積極舉措。"體培有機版"安宮牛黃丸的加入，一方面提升了產品的市場競爭力；另一方面形成了產品梯隊化配置，能夠滿足不同人羣的個性化需求，將覆蓋更多的消費羣體與客戶，進一步挖掘這一品種的銷售潛力，也會對生產以及流通鏈條上各環節的經營業績起到拉動作用。
