京城佳業(02210.HK)2024年度總收入約19.84億元 同比增加約8.4%
格隆匯3月28日丨京城佳業(02210.HK)發佈公吿,2024年度,集團的總收入約為人民幣1,983.6百萬元,較2023年同期增加約8.4%。集團擁有人應占年內溢利約為人民幣79.7百萬元,較2023年同期的約人民幣113.6百萬元下降約29.8%。溢利下降主要由於(i)為獲取市場份額,集團在物業管理項目的前期及品質維護投入加大;及(ii)根據《國際財務報吿會計準則》及集團的會計政策,集團對未收回的應收賬款計提了相應的減值準備。董事會建議就截至2024年12月31日止年度分派末期股息每股人民幣0.1452元(含税)。
於報吿期末,集團在管項目面積約為45.9百萬平方米,其中來自北京城建集團及其合營企業或聯營公司項目的在管面積約為22.5百萬平方米,來自第三方在管項目面積約為23.4百萬平方米,較去年同期分別增長約3.9%及18.7%,主要由於集團高度重視市場營銷的龍頭地位,全面提升市場營銷能力,同時堅持以高質量發展為主線,聚焦業務發展戰略和區域市場佈局,提升區域管理密度,並持續優化產品結構,實現了有質量的規模拓展。
於報吿期內,集團實現新籤面積約7.4百萬平方米,同比增長約35.2%;新籤合同額約為人民幣695.6百萬元,同比增長約22.2%。新增全委物業項目52個,其中來自第三方項目49個,佔比約94.2%,主要由於集團全力開拓外部市場,持續加強市場營銷體系建設,堅定推進業務與品牌的獨立發展。
