微泰醫療-B(02235.HK)公佈年度業績 毛利大幅增長51.5% 產品覆蓋全球108個國家和地區
格隆匯3月28日丨微泰醫療-B(02235.HK)發佈公告，2024年，公司實現營業收入爲人民幣345.62百萬元，同比增長36.5%。其中人民幣180.43百萬元來自持續葡萄糖監測系統的銷售，該產品收入較截至2023年12月31日止年度的人民幣75.71百萬元增長138.3%。公司收入的顯著增長主要歸因於新一代持續葡萄糖監測系統的上市和商業化。
報告期內，公司的毛利爲人民幣182.85百萬元，較截至2023年12月31日止年度的人民幣120.67百萬元增長51.5%；公司的毛利率爲52.9%，較截至2023年12月31日止年度的47.7%提升了5.2個百分點。毛利與毛利率的增長，主要得益於持續葡萄糖監測系統的銷售佔比顯著增加，及生產規模效益的提升。
報告期內，公司的淨虧損額爲人民幣63.12百萬元，較截至2023年12月31日止年度的虧損人民幣125.02百萬元大幅減少，主要由於公司銷售規模的擴大，全面預算管控的推行和精細化管理下運營效率的提升。
截至2024年12月31日，公司貨幣資金餘額爲人民幣16.97億元，現金儲備充足。
報告期內，公司的研發投入爲人民幣76.56百萬元，較截至2023年12月31日止年度的人民幣70.10百萬元保持增長，資金主要用於增加人員開支、持續開發新產品和開展臨牀試驗。
2024年4月，公司正式發佈新一代持續葡萄糖監測系統AiDEX X，以輕薄、準確及一體化設計提升用戶體驗。截至本公告日，持續葡萄糖監測系統的累計用戶突破60萬。公司的核心產品Equil貼敷式胰島素泵系統已覆蓋全國超1,100家醫院，繼續保持國產胰島素泵系統的領先地位。
公司的產品覆蓋全球108個國家和地區，新一代LinX持續葡萄糖監測系統完成CE認證並進入了歐洲多國醫保體系，同時在中東、亞太，以及南美等新興市場也完成了多國的準入。公司已初步構建了全球化商業佈局，同時啓動跨境電商平臺及本地化服務體系，參與MEDICA、EASD、ATTD等多個國際及學術展會。
基於對公司未來發展前景的信心和對公司投資價值的認可，同時爲維護公司價值及股東權益，進一步增強投資者信心，公司積極實施股份回購，自2023年11月24日開展回購以來，截至本公告日，公司已回購H股普通股股份共計7,216,800股，佔公司H股總數的4.26%。未來，公司將根據股東大會的授權，結合資本市場的實際情況，繼續擇機進行回購，以提升公司價值和股東回報。
