毛戈平(01318.HK)公佈年度業績 淨利潤增長32.8% 準備戰略性地進軍海外市場
格隆匯3月27日丨毛戈平(01318.HK)公吿，作為中國國貨高端美粧品牌的領導者，公司在2024年度繼續保持快速增長。公司的總收入從2023年的人民幣2,886.0百萬元增至2024年的人民幣3,884.7百萬元，增長了34.6%。此外，公司的淨利潤從2023年的人民幣663.5百萬元增至2024年的人民幣881.3百萬元，增長了32.8%。憑藉良好的銷售表現，公司不斷鞏固公司在高端美粧行業的市場領導地位和品牌資產。董事會建議於2025年7月8日派發截至2024年12月31日止年度末期股息每股人民幣0.72元（含税），共計人民幣352.93百萬元（含税）。
2024年，公司持續開拓高端百貨渠道，新入駐了武漢SKP、成都SKP、杭州大廈等高端百貨商場，截至2024年12月31日，公司的品牌專櫃遍佈全國120多個城市，包括378個自營專櫃及31個經銷商專櫃，同時公司的專櫃配備了超過2,800名專業美粧顧問，通過線下專櫃及美粧顧問與公司的用户保持着零距離的接觸，為用户提供極致的美粧體驗。在產品種類方面，公司也在不斷豐富和拓展公司的美粧產品矩陣，於2024年度內共升級及開發超過100個單品，截至2024年12月31日，公司的產品組合包括涵蓋兩個類別的400多個單品。
公司以兩種方式通過線上渠道進行產品銷售，即(i)透過直營網店銷售及(ii)銷售予線上經銷商。憑藉在線下渠道建立的堅實品牌形象、產品優勢及消費者信任，於2024年度，公司的線上渠道穩步擴張，線上收入從2023年度的1,179.8百萬元增長至2024年度的1,784.3百萬元。
公司的消費者可以加入公司的線上及線下會員忠誠度計劃，以享受會員權益。截至2023年12月31日以及2024年12月31日，公司的線上及線下會員忠誠度計劃的註冊會員總數分別約為10.3百萬人及15.1百萬人。公司以內容為導向的品牌推廣方法，結合公司的營銷策略，取得了積極的成果，公司的總體復購率從2023年的26.8%進一步上升到2024年的30.9%。
公司計劃在全球範圍內提升公司作為卓越化粧品集團的市場地位，實施海外擴張戰略提高品牌的名聲及影響力。這一努力旨在使公司在全球美粧行業中佔據突出位置。公司準備戰略性地進軍海外市場，在海外市場建設百貨商店專櫃及網店的雙渠道方式。
