格隆匯3月28日丨陳唱國際(00693.HK)發佈公告,截至2024年12月31日止年度,實現收入126.99億港元,同比減少8%;毛利爲25.17億港元,同比減少6.8%;公司股權持有人應佔溢利4.79億港元,同比增加71%;基本每股盈利23.81港仙,董事會建議派發已發行股份的期末股息每股0.055港元。
2024年集團錄得收入127億港元,相比2023年的138億港元微幅下降8%。下降的主因來自於汽車部門面臨全球汽車產業前所未有的轉型挑戰。受到新製造商加入現有市場,加上不斷變化的法規框架以及善變的消費者偏好影響,該領域經歷了劇烈的波動,也爲全球汽車商創造了艱鉅的運營環境。
