格隆匯3月28日丨招商局中國基金(00133.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團股東應佔溢利爲12,035萬美元，而上年度股東應佔溢利爲573萬美元，溢利增加11,462萬美元，增幅爲2,000.35%，其主要原因是按公平價值計入損益之金融資產("金融資產")的整體增值速度大幅上升。集團於2024年12月31日的資產淨值爲64,738萬美元(2023年12月31日：55,794萬美元)，及每股資產淨值爲4.250美元(2023年12月31日：3.663美元)。
2024年度金融資產的收益淨額爲13,750萬美元，而上年度則錄得虧損淨額903萬美元。其中，集團的上市和非上市投資項目的收益淨額分別爲10,227萬美元及3,523萬美元。
2024年度投資收益比上年度減少6.96%至1,779萬美元(2023年：1,912萬美元)，主要原因是來自投資項目的股息收入有所減少。
2024年，集團不斷努力尋找投資機會及對其嚴格篩選，於年內集團對金融服務行業和資訊科技行業投入了資金，具體完成的投資工作包括以下：
於2024年9月期間，集團以每股8.05港元的平均價格在二級股票市場購入了212萬股中金公司H股股份，投資金額合共1,706萬港元(折219萬美元)，佔中金公司已發行總股本的0.044%。中金公司是中國證券行業的頭部券商之一。
2024年12月16日，集團簽訂了關於訊飛醫療全球發售的基石投資協議，據此，集團以發售價(即82.80港元)認購2,800萬港元(折361萬美元)訊飛醫療的H股股份。根據訊飛醫療2024年12月27日的分配結果公告，集團獲得分配338,150股H股股份，佔訊飛醫療全球發售後已發行股本的0.28%。連同現有投資，集團對訊飛醫療的投資累計摺合1.36億元人民幣(折2,001萬美元)，佔訊飛醫療已發行股本的3.506%。
董事會已決議在將於2025年5月28日舉行之應屆股東周年大會上建議派發2024年度末期股息每股4美分或0.312港元(2023年：末期股息每股7美分及特別股息每股1美分，合計每股8美分)。如獲批準，末期股息將於2025年7月25日以現金派發。全年股息將爲每股8美分或0.624港元(2023年：8美分)，總額爲12,186,641美元(2023年：12,186,641美元)。
