格隆匯3月27日丨佳華百貨控股(00602.HK)公吿,截至2024年12月31日止年度全年業績,收入上升7.0%至約人民幣3.79億元。公司擁有人應占年內虧損約人民幣5570萬元。每股基本虧損約為人民幣5.37分。不建議擬派發末期股息。
期末十家零售門店及三個購物中心。收入減少,主要由於工廠關閉及失業率增加而令普遍社會消費氣氛下降。另外,外商撤資而關閉工廠使常住人口減少。年內主要為升級轉營保持營運能力以增加收入,及精簡人手及保留重要員工,以保持實力迎接未來的挑戰。
