首程控股(00697.HK)公佈年度業績 收入大幅上升37.5% 將進一步加大在核心區域及聚焦資產的投資力度
格隆匯3月26日丨首程控股(00697.HK)公吿,2024年度集團錄得收入港幣12.15億元,較去年同期上升37.5%,公司擁有人應占溢利港幣4.10億元。本年整體毛利率約為41.7%,對比去年同期的約40.7%,絕對值上升1.0%。集團着力提升內部運營管理體系,運營效率進一步提升,資產運營毛利亦逐步提升。本年度,集團經調整EBITDA為港幣8.54億元,對比去年的港幣6.71億元,上升27.3%。
董事會建議宣派截至2024年12月31日止年度末期股息合共港幣1.2億元。董事會已宣派中期股息港幣2.08億元。截至2024年12月31日止年度已宣派中期股息港幣2.08億元及建議宣派末期股息港幣1.2億元,合共港幣3.28億元。
集團繼續保持健康的資產結構,資金儲備充裕;財務槓桿率穩健,債務資本率維持在15.9%的較低水準,國內兩大頭部評級機構中誠信國際信用評估股份有限公司和聯合資信評估股份有限公司繼續給予集團AAA主體評級。同時,集團繼續拓展多元化的融資方式,於2024年5月在境內成功發行集團首單人民幣5億元3年期中期票據,票面利率2.5%,創北京市屬境外註冊企業同期限發行利率新低,為集團提供了低成本的資金支持,併為集團基礎設施資產管理業務全鏈條的佈局打下堅實的信用基礎。
在停車出行領域,集團2024年年內新增運營廣州白雲國際機場停車場經營權項目、西藏拉薩貢嘎國際機場停車場項目和天津濱海國際機場停車場項目,奠定了集團在機場停車領域的龍頭地位。2024年,集團堅持踐行做實區域公司,深耕區域市場的業務策略,在京津冀區域、成渝區區域、華東區區域及大灣區區域等核心區域,陸續獲得了大型商業中心、醫院配套等停車場項目及充電站項目,進一步擴大「停車+充電」的資產管理規模。
在產業園區領域,集團首個定製化項目「理想汽車總部二期項目」於2024年一季度全面投入使用。集團管理六工匯、首鋼冬奧廣場、融石廣場等項目,招商入駐率持續提升,業態涵蓋了商業、產業、公寓等多種形式,為機器人企業提供了豐富的應用場景,吸引了諸如雲鯨智能入駐。此外,集團與國貿物業酒店管理有限公司合作設立物業公司,業務逐步擴展至「投資+建設+商管+物管」的全產業鏈模式。
展望未來,集團將進一步加大在核心區域、聚焦產業及聚焦資產的投資力度,深度布局機器人產業,構建完整機器人產業生態。集團通過資產運營和資產融通兩大核心能力,構建基礎設施資產全生命週期服務閉環,繼續為股東創造長期回報。
