格隆匯3月26日丨恆邦股份(002237.SZ)公佈2024年年度報告，2024年，公司實現營業收入7,580,074.99萬元，較上年同期增長15.59%，主要系本期主要產品黃金銷售收入增加所致；營業成本爲7,393,874.35萬元，較上年同期增長15.90%，主要系本期主要產品黃金銷售收入增加所致；營業利潤爲61,703.95萬元，較上年同期增長8.98%；利潤總額爲59,651.11萬元，較上年同期增長7.21%；歸屬上市公司所有者淨利潤53,671.51萬元，較上年同期增長4.07%。2024年，公司共完成黃金產量95.98噸，較上年同期增加29.91%，白銀產量825.68噸，較上年同期減少13.31%；電解銅產量19.41萬噸，較上年同期減少4.39%；硫酸113.69萬噸，較上年同期減少14.00%。向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1.41元。
獨立董事王詠梅女士對公司《2024 年年度報告及摘要》投反對票，未針對公司《2024 年年度報告及摘要》簽署書面確認意見，請投資者特別關注。和信會計師事務所（特殊普通合夥）故意隱瞞2024年更換籤字會計師的事實，未與審計委員會溝通，未向獨立董事和董事會通報，已構成違規；離任審計師真正的辭職理由不明，新任審計師的勝任能力如何不清楚，更換是否會導致審計質量下降存在疑點；作爲大型會計師事務所，明知簽字會計師更換應在第一時間報告審計委員會，卻故意隱瞞不報，明知故犯，性質惡劣。基於以上原因，獨立董事王詠梅女士無法對2024年的年報相關信息與數據產生信任，事務所誠信存疑。
