樂普生物-B(02157.HK)2024年業績亮眼：總收入大增63.2%，商業化強勢增長
格隆匯3月27日丨樂普生物-B(02157.HK)發佈公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，報告期內，集團的總收入約爲人民幣3.678億元，同比增長63.2%。2024年，集團錄得銷售普佑恆®(普特利單抗注射液)的收入約人民幣3.003億元，爲2023年錄得收入(約人民幣1.014億元)的三倍。就許可業務而言，集團已錄得收入約人民幣2200萬元，其來自CMG901許可協議項下的里程碑付款及所提供的技術轉讓服務。此外，集團就提供CDMO服務錄得收入約人民幣4550萬元。
集團已爲商業化產品普佑恆®(普特利單抗注射液)建立了一支高效的銷售和營銷團隊。集團的商業化團隊主要負責制定產品推廣、產品定位和品牌管理策略，通過學術推廣活動和產品教育在市場上建立良好的品牌形象，以提高領先醫生和患者羣體對產品的認知度。於2023年4月，普特利單抗已成功獲納入用於治療黑色素瘤和MSI-H/dMMR實體瘤的2023年CSCO及CSGO指南，表明臨牀KOL的高度認可。
在建立銷售渠道方面，集團積極發展與各種業務渠道合作夥伴的合作關係。截至2024年12月31日，集團已在中國27個省份的採購平臺上完成了招標程序。集團已通過各種銷售渠道覆蓋中國約81個城市，集團將進一步擴大集團的銷售網絡。
2024年，集團已錄得收入約人民幣2200萬元，其產生自KYM(由集團與康諾亞成立的合營企業)與AstraZeneca於2023年2月23日訂立的CMG901的許可協議項下的里程碑付款及所提供的技術轉讓服務。集團始終致力於推進全球合作戰略，並積極開展對外授權合作。此外，於2025年1月，公司與 ArriVent訂立獨家許可協議，據此協議，公司授予ArriVent在大中華區以外地區開發、製造和商業化MRG007的全球獨家許可。根據協議條款，公司有資格獲得總計最高達12億美元的款項(包括首付款及開發、註冊及銷售里程碑付款)，以及銷售淨額的分級特許權使用費。
此外，集團戰略性地利用集團的剩餘產能爲樂普醫療及╱或其附屬公司提供CDMO服務，以支持其GLP-1及相關產品的開發。這些努力在2024年爲集團帶來約人民幣4550萬元的CDMO服務相關收入。展望2025年，根據獨立股東在公司於2025年1月7日舉行的2025年第一次臨時股東大會上所授出的批準，公司預期繼續產生不超過人民幣3600萬元(年度上限)的CDMO相關收入。截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團亦繼續專注於其候選藥物的研發，同時不斷評估與腫瘤治療範圍及候選藥物涵蓋的廣泛適應症相關的市場需求和競爭格局，以最大化提高其產品管線的競爭力。
