碧桂園服務(06098.HK)：2024年股東應佔利潤大增518.7%達到18.08億元 末期息每股13.52分及特別息每股16.09分
格隆匯3月27日丨碧桂園服務(06098.HK)發佈公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，實現收入439.929億元人民幣，同比增加3.2%，毛利爲84.01億元人民幣；公司股東應佔利潤18.084億元人民幣，同比增加518.7%，公司股東應佔核心淨利潤爲30.38億元人民幣；基本每股盈利人民幣54.16分。董事會建議宣派末期股息每股人民幣13.52分(2023年：每股人民幣2.19分)及特別股息每股人民幣16.09分(2023年：每股人民幣27.27分)，以答謝全體股東對本公司的不懈支持與信任。
集團爲業主、住戶以及物業開發商提供一系列物業管理服務，包括保安、清潔、綠化、園藝及維修保養服務等。年內，物業管理服務收入約爲人民幣259.104億元，較去年同期實現同比增長約4.9%，佔總收入比例進一步提升至58.9%。集團的物業管理規模實現穩步提升，截至2024年12月31日，除“三供一業”業務外，集團的收費管理面積約爲1,036.9百萬平方米。此外，“三供一業”業務的物業服務的收費管理面積約爲90.3百萬平方米。集團管理共7,895項物業，該等物業遍佈中國內地31個省、直轄市、自治區及香港特別行政區及海外，重點覆蓋包括珠三角、長三角、長江中遊、京津冀及成渝五大經濟發達城市羣。其中，位於一二線城市項目的收費管理面積約佔40.7%。
年內，集團的社區增值服務收入約爲人民幣41.943億元，較去年同期實現同比增長約11.8%，佔總收入比例進一步提升至9.5%。年內，集團積極打造酒類業務，聯合知名酒廠打造專屬的優質產品，並通過專業化銷售團隊挖掘場景化的用酒消費，實現6個戰略區域的合夥人數量超過3,800人，復購率達42%。此外，集團持續在新能源業務發力，集團的自營品牌－“智享樓下充電”，通過自營設備爲業主提供更安全、更便利的兩輪充電服務。年內，集團持續推進充電樁鋪設及產品功能優化，截至年底，集團累積在全國超4,000個社區運營約5萬個充電樁，共計約50萬個充電插座，累積註冊用戶數超340萬。
