環球醫療(02666.HK)2024年度股東應占盈利增至20.32億元 醫療健康業務營收穩健增長
格隆匯3月26日丨環球醫療(02666.HK)公佈年度業績，2024年，集團整體經營穩中向好、業務結構持續優化：合計實現收入人民幣136.635億元，同比增長0.1%，其中醫療健康業務實現收入人民幣84.883億元，同比增長8.4%，佔總收入比重已提升至62.1%；年內溢利人民幣22.583億元，同比增長2.7%，其中醫療健康業務貢獻人民幣5.222億元，同比增長15.0%，佔年內溢利比重為23.1%；普通股權益持有人應占溢利人民幣20.317億元，同比增長0.5%；總資產回報率(ROA)2.71%，歸屬於普通股持有人的股本回報率(ROE)12.37%，收益指標、資產狀況保持穩健。
2024年，集團實現收入人民幣136.635億元，其中醫療健康業務實現收入人民幣84.883億元，較上年同期增長8.4%，佔總收入比重已提升至62.1%；金融業務實現收入人民幣52.272億元，佔總收入比重38.3%。實現營業毛利人民幣45.918億元，其中醫療健康業務實現毛利人民幣14.018億元，較上年同期增長31.1%，佔比較上年同期提升7.1個百分點；金融業務實現營業毛利人民幣30.281億元。
2024年，集團醫療健康業務較上年呈增長態勢，一是集團聚焦學科建設、環境提升、質量改善等方面，各醫院診療服務能力進一步增強、運營效率穩步提升；二是集團不斷加強區域協同，持續提升核心能力，醫院集團業務的發展基礎進一步夯實，前期資源投入和經營管理成效逐步顯現，業務規模和經營效益快速提升；三是健康科技業務佈局進一步完善，業務發展取得新突破，設備全週期管理業務乘勢而進，智慧醫康養業務穩步發展。
截至2024年12月31日，集團已並表綜合醫療機構65家(包括5家三甲醫院、1家三級專科醫院和30家二級醫院)，合計開放牀位數15,832張(不含當前規劃建設中的牀位數2,500餘張)。2024年，集團醫療機構轉型升級取得新突破，醫療服務保障水平進一步提升，國民健康生力軍地位不斷鞏固，整體經營業績、醫療服務量持續增長。
