格隆匯3月27日丨康橋悅生活(02205.HK)發佈公告,截至2024年12月31日止年度,本年度的收入爲約人民幣9.608億元,較2023年增加2.9%。物業管理服務收入爲約人民幣6.813億元,佔總收入70.9%,較2023年增加14.7%。本年度利潤爲約人民幣6880萬元,較2023年增加約30.8%。公司擁有人應佔本年度利潤爲約人民幣4840萬元,較2023年增加約25.8%。
目前,集團業務涵蓋多種物業類型,包括住宅物業、非住宅物業(如商業、辦公樓、產業園、醫院等其他公共基建類)及提供城市服務(如軌道交通衛生和城市環衛等其他服務),集團的業務涉及基礎物業管理服務、非業主增值服務、社區增值服務和城市服務,各個業務範疇聯動且市場化均衡發展。
截至2024年12月31日,集團爲中國35座城市提供物業管理服務、增值服務或城市服務,在管項目數量爲328個,合約建築面積爲約7030萬平方米,較2023年同期約6710萬平方米增長4.7%,其中來自第三方物業開發商的爲約5760萬平方米,佔比82.0%。在管建築面積爲約4620萬平方米,較2023年同期約4100萬平方米增長12.5%,其中來自第三方物業開發商的爲約3630萬平方米,佔比78.6%。非住宅類物業的在管建築面積爲約740萬平方米,較2023年同期約660萬平方米增長11.1%,其中來自第三方物業開發商的佔比爲約99.2%。
