天齊鋰業(09696.HK)2024年度營收130.3億元 權益股東應占期內虧損87.27億元
格隆匯3月26日丨天齊鋰業(09696.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團收入為人民幣130.30億元，較2023年度的人民幣404.48億元減少人民幣274.19億元，減幅為67.79%。集團毛利為人民幣59.91億元，較2023年度的人民幣343.48億元減少人民幣283.57億元，減幅為82.56%。集團基本每股虧損為人民幣5.32元。
報吿期內，公司權益股東應占期內虧損人民幣87.27億元，較2023年權益股東應占期內溢利人民幣72.78億雲下降人民幣160.05億元，下降幅度為219.90%，主要原因為：(1)儘管公司2024年度鋰化合物及衍生品的產銷量實現同比增長，但受到鋰產品市場波動的影響，報吿期內鋰產品的市場價格整體呈現大幅下滑趨勢，公司鋰產品銷售價格及毛利較上年同期大幅下降。同時受公司控股子公司泰利森化學級鋰精礦定價機制與公司鋰化工產品銷售定價機制存在時間週期的錯配影響，報吿期內公司經營業績出現階段性虧損。2024年，化學級鋰精礦的市場價格逐步降低，公司向泰利森新採購的鋰精礦價格也隨之下降。隨着新購低價鋰精礦陸續入庫及庫存鋰精礦的逐步消化，公司各基地生產成本中耗用的化學級鋰精礦成本正逐漸貼近最新採購價格，鋰精礦定價機制的階段性錯配影響也逐步減弱；(2)SQM2024年度業績同比大幅下降。此外，SQM於2024年第一季度業績報吿中披露，智利聖地亞哥法院於2024年4月對其2017年和2018年税務年度的税務訴訟進行了裁決，撤銷了税務和海關法庭在2022年11月7日對於該案件的裁決結論，導致其確認了約11億美元的所得税費用，並相應減少淨利潤約11億美元。因此，公司在報吿期確認的對該聯營公司的應占溢利較2023年度大幅下降；(3)根據相關會計政策規定，公司針對在2024年資產負債表日存在減值跡象的資產進行了減值測試，並對出現減值的資產確認了減值損失。公司在報吿期確認的減值虧損撥備較2023年度增加；(4)2024年以來美元持續走強，報吿期內澳元及人民幣兑美元的匯率變動導致匯兑損失金額較2023年度增加。
