格隆匯3月25日丨依波路(01856.HK)發佈公吿,公司預期截至2024年12月31日止12個月預計公司擁有人應占溢利將錄得虧損約不多於港幣48百萬元,而上年同期錄得公司擁有人應占溢利為港幣18.9百萬元。
集團的業績虧損主要歸因於(i)商譽減值;(ii)庫存撥備;以及(iii)消費市場情緒疲弱,客户下訂單量較以往保守所致。董事會認為商譽減值及庫存撥備變動屬非現金、非經常性及一次性的性質,不可代表集團的實際業務表現。
