格隆匯3月26日丨納芯微(688052.SH)公佈,爲進一步提高公司綜合競爭力,深入推進公司的國際化戰略,同時更好地利用國際資本市場,多元化融資渠道,根據《中華人民共和國公司法》《中華人民共和國證券法》《境內企業境外發行證券和上市管理試行辦法》《香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則》等相關法律、法規的要求,公司擬在境外發行股份(H股)並在香港聯合交易所有限公司(簡稱“香港聯交所”)主板上市,公司將在股東大會決議有效期內選擇適當的時機和發行窗口完成本次發行H股及上市。
