格隆匯3月24日丨升柏控股(02340.HK)公告,集團於截至2024年12月31日止年度錄得綜合收益約港幣1.055億元,較去年減少31.8%。集團於報告年度錄得公司股權持有人應佔虧損約港幣3350萬元,而去年則錄得虧損約港幣1520萬元。於報告年度,集團每股基本虧損爲港幣7.9仙(2023年:港幣3.6仙)。董事會議決就報告年度不建議末期股息(2023年:無)。
綜合收益減少主要是由於報告年度內完成若幹重大關鍵項目,而報告年度內新獲授的項目於下半年纔開始動工。
