白酒消費逐步進入理性時代!捨得酒業“爆雷”,淨利潤同比下滑80%
今日盤後,捨得酒業公佈了2024年財報。
由於白酒行業需求偏弱,捨得酒業去年淨利潤同比減少80.46%,並在第四季度由盈轉虧。
截至今日收盤,捨得酒業最新報58.71元/股,總市值195.6億元。

Q4由盈轉虧
捨得酒業公告,2024年度公司實現營業收入爲53.57億元,同比減少24.41%;歸母淨利潤爲3.46億元,同比減少80.46%。

其中,第四季度實現營收8.97億元,同比下滑51.2%;淨利潤環比盈轉虧,淨虧損3.23億元,同比下滑168.11%。
分產品來看,捨得酒業的中高檔酒實現營收47.89億元,同比下降27.08%;普通酒營收爲40.96億元,同比下降27.66%;玻瓶的營收爲4.87億元,同比增長11.93%。

分紅上,捨得酒業擬按每10股派發現金4.3元,合計擬派發現金紅利1.42億元,佔淨利潤比例爲40.94%。
截至2024年12月31日,捨得酒業總資產爲118.02億元,較去年同期增長6.12%,其中貨幣資金15.43億元,應收賬款2.36億元,存貨52.19億元。
總負債爲46.71億元,較去年同期增長31.32%,其中應付賬款11.82億元,預收賬款471.22萬元。資產負債率爲39.58%,股東權益合計71.31億元。
白酒消費逐步進入理性時代
2024年,白酒行業整體仍處於調整期,行業競爭進一步加劇,白酒產品銷售承壓,客戶信心仍處於修復階段,特別是次高端產品消費需求仍待恢復。
捨得酒業堅持長期主義,主動實施“控量挺價”策略,積極協助經銷商全力提升動銷,爲消化渠道庫存及後續銷售提供強力支撐,同時加大產品升級力度,階段性提高品牌建設的市場投入。
對於白酒市場,捨得酒業認爲,當前,白酒需求短期不及預期,白酒消費逐步進入理性時代,消費價位呈現出明顯的分化趨勢,行業擠壓式存量競爭不斷加劇,市場份額加速向優勢產區、優勢企業、優勢品牌集中。
股價上,去年9月,捨得酒業在觸及新低39.56元/股,跟隨大市反彈了一波,35個交易日內股價翻倍。
不過,由於白酒基本面偏弱,11月中旬以來,捨得酒業的股價累計下跌29%。
如果進一步拉長時間來看,捨得酒業當前的股價已較2021年12月高點累計下跌75.76%,堪稱“膝蓋斬”。

截至今年2月38日,捨得酒業的股東總數爲13.2萬戶。
