格隆匯3月21日丨TOPSTANDARDCORP(08510.HK)公吿,董事會預期於2024財年錄得淨虧損不少於1400萬港元,而2023年同期則為淨盈利約400萬港元。
董事會認為,損益狀況變動乃主要由於截至2023年12月31日止財政年度確認的取消綜合入賬一間附屬公司一次性收益約1340萬港元及二零二四財年作出物業及設備以及使用權資產減值虧損不少於900萬港元。
