棒傑股份(002634.SZ):光伏板塊子公司部分借款逾期
格隆匯3月21日丨棒傑股份(002634.SZ)公佈,自前次披露日至2025年3月21日,公司光伏板塊子公司在金融機構累計新增逾期或提前到期的借款金額合計約8,645.95萬元(上述借款金額不包含因逾期產生的違約金、滯納金和罰息等),佔上市公司最近一期經審計淨資產的7.89%。公司已督促子公司通過優化資源配置,合理控制產能,實施精細化管理,逐步降低成本。同時,公司及子公司正在積極與銀行、金融機構等相關方溝通,計劃通過留債展期、借新還舊、調整還款計劃等方式,逐步化解債務逾期問題。
