蘭石重裝(603169.SH)：子公司與金川鎳合金及蘭石集團共同設立合資公司並投建年產1萬噸高端裝備用鎳基合金先進材料生產線
格隆匯3月20日丨蘭石重裝(603169.SH)公佈，為進一步搶抓高端金屬材料市場機遇，培育和發展新質生產力，實現公司產業鏈條向高附加值環節拓展，提升公司核心競爭力，同時踐行甘肅省“強工業、強科技”行動部署，公司全資子公司蘭石超合金於2025年3月20日與關聯方蘭石集團及合作方金川鎳合金簽署《合資協議》，本着“平等互利、協商一致、等價有償、共同發展”的原則，擬採用市場化機制，共同出資2.7億元在蘭州新區組建合資公司，其中蘭石超合金認繳合資公司註冊資本5,000萬元，佔合資公司註冊資本的18.5%；蘭石集團認繳合資公司註冊資本3,100萬元，佔合資公司註冊資本的11.5%；金川鎳合金認繳合資公司註冊資本1.89億元，佔合資公司註冊資本的70%。
合資公司設立後擬進一步在蘭石集團蘭州新區高端裝備產業園區內投建年產1萬噸高端裝備用鎳基合金先進材料生產線。根據《1萬噸高端裝備用鎳基合金先進材料生產線項目可行性研究報吿》（簡稱“可研報吿”），產線投資概算金額約為3.76億元。產線將採用“真空感應熔鍊+氣氛保護電渣重熔+真空自耗熔鍊”三聯工藝，配置12噸真空感應爐、6噸真空自耗爐等核心設備，接續蘭石超合金特鋼熔鍊設備、鍛造設備聯動，可實現連續生產高潔淨度、高均質化鎳基合金材料（含純鎳）。鎳基合金產品性能對標國際標準（如GH4169、Monel400等），預計將實現國產化替代。
本次投資參股設立合資公司，有利於公司搶抓鎳基合金等高端金屬材料市場機遇，培育和發展新質生產力，實現公司產業鏈向高附加值拓展，助力完善公司金屬新材料產業佈局。本次投資參股新設合資公司並投建年產1萬噸高端裝備用鎳基合金先進材料生產線，有利於發揮各股東方在研發、製造、市場及資本等方面的互補優勢，以合資合作形式實現資源的優化配置，生產線的投建有助於提升合資公司鎳基合金的生產技術水平，提升公司產品的競爭力和市場份額。
